Sky Dragon Chinese Restaurant in Rogersville

This is by far the BEST place to eat in Rogersville. The Buffet is always great - well stocked and fresh. There is only one item on the buffet that I think is sub par and the is the Crab Rangoon (they do not have any flavor). The waitress have always been great to me and everyone around me. The one thing that I always notice - is how clean it is in there. It is the cleanest Chinese restaurant in the area.

This is the best Chinese buffet in town by far. The menu is very broad and has lots to offer. Friendly service and hot food. Best place to be on a rainy night!

Would not recommend, fried rice is not fried whatsoever, and the chicken has very little flavor.

Best Chinese food in town! Jokes aside, the portions are good for takeout orders. Never actually been inside though. Drive through is usually quick, hot, and fresh. The items marked spicy aren't that hot, so ask for extra spicy if you like it hot.

Service has been terrible lately and it's not by the employees it's because of the owner food has been really bad lately and tonight my husband ordered a chicken fried rice there used to be peas and carrots and the chicken fried rice and there's like no chicken in there my husband asked for extra duck sauce and soy sauce they gave him only one package of each very disappointed wish we could get a new Chinese restaurant here

I had high hopes of this place I had driven past it a few times and had hoped it would be good given its cool name. Unfortunately the food was just OK not great when I arrived I was the only person there I had the buffet most of the food was old and dried up due to the steam table being turned up too much. Perhaps it would have been better if I ordered from the menu. But on a positive note the lemon chicken was good.

We got there 20 minutes before they closed and they were taking down the salad bar. I asked if I could at least get some lettuce as I really wanted a salad. They were kind enough to help me make one with lots of toppings. Good hot and tasty veggies and lo mein. This is our 3rd or 4th time at Sky Dragon, always great customer service. Thank you

Best Chinese buffet around! And clean too!

I would say its right in the middle of average. Staff was ok, and food was decent, at a decent price for lunch. It did the job and didnt make us sick! So if you are in the area, not picky, and need a quick chinese fix, this ought to work for you. Otherwise, drive on to Springfield to get the real stuff!

It was OK. I got an egg roll and fried won ton. Wish they would of had real hot mustard and not the little packs. Sweet and sour sauce was good, but needs to be thicker.

It's all about the time you go here. If it's a busy time you'll have a good meal, if not you get what has been sitting and pillaged. Update as of 11-2018, the food has gotten a lot better in the last few weeks. The staff is always smiling and it is always clean in there. My last order was huge and we asked for special things and no one complained at all. Stop in and order off the menu and you will have some good food, as for the buffet I still say go when it is busy to have a good meal.

Just moved to the area and i was hoping there'd be a good Chinese restaurant. I was told about Sky Dragon, so my family and I tried it out. I was not disappointed. The food was great. A much better selection than my previous go-to. The lady who took my order was very friendly. And it only took between 5-10 minutes for it to be ready. We got 2 sweet and sour, a hunan chicken, a szechuan chicken, and a kung pao beef. The prices were a bit more than I'm used to. Like $7.29 for the latter 3 dishes and I think about $5.29 for the sweet and sour. If you get a breaded chicken dish, make sure to ask for white chicken, if that's what you want. It is $1 more. They also include fortune cookies for each dish. At our old place, you had to purchase those separately. Sky Dragon will definitely become our new go-to.

This place used to be so good now its mediocre. Seems like they have cut a lot of corners to make the food more cheaply. They used to have delicious crab rangoon now its literally just cream cheese in a wonton wrap. Also if you get the crab rangoon off the buffet theres like 1/4 the amount of filling there is when you actually order them as take out. I only eat here if I'm not up to driving to Springfield.

Tried to give this place a chance when there wasnt any sweet sauce on the chicken but I draw the line when there is a hair going through it. Never eating here again.

Friendly service, with a decent buffet. Visited on a Thursday night at 7 expecting it to be a little more full. We've ordered to go and its always hot and fresh!

Great waitress terrible food..crab ragoon has no crab in it yet they fail to tell u this all cashew general sweet and sour chickens super soupy with the chicken being dry ..and a sign that says no to drink with dining in...I will never ever return again...what a joke of a place

I had a very good experience at Sky Dragon today. I ordered general chicken with all white meat and enjoyed it. Waitress did a great job with a big crowd.

Always get good warm food staff always polite and friendly

The buffet had a small selection. The food was very plain. The rice maker marked "fried rice" was really just white rice with soy sauce splashed on top. The positive was the serving staff. They were polite and attentive.

Good buffet. Food is kept fresh and the service is good. Will be going back.

This is one Rogersville. You guys have to try it.

The buffet was not fresh, sauce for the chicken was watery, and all the chicken had little flavoring. Crew was friendly. Was bother with a salad bar?? Did not look good. I guess I'll be going back to Twin Dragon in Seymour.

It's not high class by any means, but it's hard to beat the convience of this. If you live far away from Springfield, and close to Rogersville, this is the way to go.
